- The Agency does not guarantee the success or continued employment of Candidates. The suitability of a Candidate for a specific role is ultimately determined by the Client.
- Specific terms related to recruitment services will be outlined in separate agreements with Clients. These agreements may include details about the scope of services, timelines, and fees.
- The Agency may provide additional consultancy services upon request, such as market research, workforce planning, or salary benchmarking, which will be subject to separate agreements and fees.
- Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information about job requirements, company details, and recruiting preferences. This includes providing job descriptions, compensation packages, and other relevant details necessary for the recruitment process.
- Adhere to all employment laws, including anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Pay fees and charges as outlined in the agreement with the Agency. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Cooperate with the Agency by providing timely feedback on Candidates presented and notifying the Agency of any changes in recruiting requirements.
- Candidate Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate information during the application process, including details about qualifications, work experience, and references.
- Notify the Agency promptly of any changes to their qualifications, employment history, or availability. Misrepresentation of information may result in the termination of the Candidate’s engagement with the Agency.
- Participate actively in the recruitment process, including attending scheduled interviews, responding to communications in a timely manner, and providing any requested documentation.
- Fees and Payments
- Fees for services will be detailed in a separate agreement and are payable within the timeframe specified. The Agency’s fees may include placement fees, retainer fees, or project-based fees, depending on the nature of the agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest and collection costs. The Agency reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, and Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant authorities.

- The Agency implements reasonable security measures to protect confidential information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Liability
- The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to a Candidate’s performance, misconduct, or termination. The Client assumes full responsibility for the employment decisions they make.
- The Agency’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances will the Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the Services.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as specified in the agreement. The notice period will typically be outlined in the specific terms of the agreement.
- Termination does not exempt the Client from paying for services already rendered. Any outstanding payments must be settled within the specified timeframe.
